Arindam is a Hospitality/Retail Professional having over 36+ years of experience in strategizing, developing & managing multi-million rupees food & beverage projects, has conceptualized, designed and managed large food courts, specialty restaurants, hotels, retail chain outlets, hypermarkets & supermarkets, private label products, cinema complexes, cruise lines and processed food and Dairy business. Management services also provided. He leads from the front and wings the team, adding skill sets to their performances.

He had done Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition from IHMCTAN, Kolkata Chapter. He has also done his BSc and MSc in Hotel Management and catering Operation. He is also a post graduate from the Oberoi School of Hotel management (now OCLD), PG in Retail Management, Supply chain and Consumer Behaviour from Symbiosis.. He is a Fellow of Institute of Hospitality, London and a Fellow at The Royal Society of Public Health, also at London, Fellow of IIHM. He is also a Chef Professional from Les Toques Blanches International and a member of WICA.
